Both the mechanical and quartz offerings have the same case, bracelet, dial, hands, proportions. The mechanical has a hardened K1 mineral crystal display window.

Masterful proportions make it wear like no other modern watch.

The Scarifour watch range was created to sit in the perfect middle ground between sporty and dressy, and designed with an obsessive focus on proportions and balance.

The Scarifour name comes from my childhood home, which 5 generations of my family have lived in - and the choice to use a rectangular design as our debut model was influenced by my grandfather's love for classic rectangular watches. Which instilled a deep appreciation for the shape in me from an early age.

Perfect Balance

The mixture of subtle case width, large dial, and well balanced lug-to-lug length means that this watch can achieve fantastic wrist presence even with the smaller size, all the while maintaining a length short enough to allow the bracelet to become an impactful part of the design, even when viewed from above. Something only a watch in this shape could achieve.

I also wanted to avoid the typical mistake of modern rectangular watches, that seem to be either too big or too thick to really work alongside the extra presence that the rectangular shaped dial provides.

Heraldry Dial

The dial on the Scarifour range is known as a ‘Heraldry Dial’ since the shape of the embossing is inspired by the chevron found on the Coat of Arms of Cheltenham - my local town growing up.

The crisp chevron motif embossed into the dial adds visual depth, meanwhile the horizontal brushed finish on top gives the colours of the dial a metallic glow and look dramatically different under different angles of light.

Swiss Made Movements

Mechanical Hand Wound: Swiss Made Sellita SW210-b. This movement - which only just fit in the case with its 25.6mm diameter - allowed us to achieve the desired case thickness of 8.3mm, as well as providing a characterful vintage feel with the manual-winding system.

Quartz: Swiss Made Ronda 762. This movement has a 10 year battery life and provides incredible value, allowing us to hit a lower price point with the same fantastic finishing.

8.3mm Thin

The case - like most of the parts of the Scarifour - is completely custom made, and has been built to maximize comfort and beauty from every angle.  It features crisp lines, deep chamfers and impeccable finishing and attention to detail.

One of the standout features of the Scarifour range is the 8.3mm case thickness, this helps to ensure that the watch sits on the wrist with ease, effortlessly sliding under cuffs and balancing very well with the restrained case size.

Integrated Bracelet

Since this watch has an integrated bracelet, both the case and bracelet have been designed as if they were a singular piece. Creating a stunning cohesive design that is as much an art piece as it is a watch.

The smaller case size allows the watch to be framed elegantly on the wrist, revealing the intricacies of the horizontally brushed, flat links with deep polished chamfers. The center links are all mirror polished on the top surface as well as the chamfers, giving a jewel like appearance, reflecting light at every angle.
