Warranty

We offer a 2 year warranty period from the date you receive your watch. Meaning that it is protected against manufacturing and movement defects, but not accidental damage.

Repairs made under the warranty will be free of charge and we will handle the shipping for your full peace of mind.

Returns policy

You can return your watch to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is still in the original condition and hasn't been resized or worn. 

Simply contact us at info@benjaminjameswatches.com and we will arrange a fully insured return shipping label with FedEx.

When your watch is returned to us we will offer a full refund minus the shipping costs. (To and from, if applicable)

Any duties or taxes paid on international orders will not be refunded as they are not collected by us.

If your order has not yet been dispatched you can of course contact us to cancel the order free of charge.
